Every issue Focus Magazine goes in-depth with gallerists, curators, collectors and photographers to bring our readers closer to the thoughts, ideas and suggestions of influential people the market today. What is Focus Folios? Focus Folios is a quarterly journal filled with the works from up and coming photographers. Each issue contains at least 12 portfolios from photographers from all over the world and is sent out to collectors, gallerists, curators and photo connoisseurs in over 100 different countries who hope to either add a photographer to their gallery or to their collection. What is Focus Exposures? In the spirit of legendary photographer Alfred Steigletz’s Camera Work Magazine, where only unknown photographers of his time were exhibited in his magazine, Focus Magazine brings you a new sister publication titled Focus Exposures! Focus Exposures allows you, the reader to examine and contemplate different aspects of the oldest form of art: the nude. Each issue exhibits nude photographs and videos of which each portfolio has a different perspective of the nude art form. From black and white classical, to more edgy color, Focus Exposures dares to bare all! What is Focus PhotoBookStore? There are over 200 publishers who dabble in the photobook world and that’s not including some of the smaller, more independent publishers and those aren’t including individual photographers who self publish their own books. There is nowhere you can go today where you can find the collective works from great master photographers all the way down to a small, unknown photographer and not only order a physical copy of their book, but also order an e-book version. That is until now. Enter FocusPhotoBookStore. Launching in 2012, FocusPhotoBookStore will become a centralized marketplace where people can buy and sell photobooks from artists and publishers from all over the world.
